When will I receive my order?
If you reside in the continental USA and product is available in stock, then you'll receive your order in 1-7 days depending on how far you are from our warehouse in New Jersey.
We also expedite your order so that you may receive your order faster. Order that are to be expedited need to be received by 12 noon (EST). We can ship your order next day air, 2nd day air, or 3-day express.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
If you call us right away, we should be able to make the change. However, we do process orders quickly and there is always the chance that you not be able to change the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your change.

Can I ship to an address outside the United States?
Yes, we ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited to countries outside the USA. Place your order and the shopping cart will tell you the costs to ship to your country. We will ship international orders via Express which we will insure. We can also ship via Priority Mail, however this is not as secure a service and we cannot guarantee shipping this method.

What are the charges for international shipping?
Shipping charges are based on international location and weight of the items ordered. Please build your order online and the automatic shipping tool will give you a total shipping cost.

When will I receive the tracking number for my shipment?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent from UPS and USPS within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your tracking number, please send an email to info@fujisports.com.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Items may be returned provided they have NOT been washed or worn. Any item returned with ripped or missing packaging, soiled, or crumbled will be subject to a minimum $15 restocking fee. If the item received is in non re-sellable condition, the item cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer.

If your item is returned properly folded in a non-ripped bag, and is clean and not worn, there is no charge for your return/exchange. Please follow the instructions on the Returns/Exchanges Form which was sent with your order. If necessary, you can also download and print a copy of the Return Form here. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to the warehouse and cannot be reimbursed by FUJI Sports. If the item is being sent back for EXCHANGE, then FUJI Sports will cover the cost of sending the new item from our WAREHOUSE to your address (only available in the continental USA).

Once your return has been sent, please send package tracking information to customerservice@fujisports.com and tracking@fujisports.com. All refunds/exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return.

What do I do when the system tells me that my billing information isn't correct?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address is most likely the address where you receive your credit card statements. Please go to your account dashboard and adjust the information accordingly. This usually fixes any billing issues.

What size am I?
Please see our size chart page and just match your height and weight to the appropriate size chart. Remember, for gis, the height is often the most important variable. If you’re still unsure about what size is best for you, please contact our apparel experts at (212) 769-1823. We would be happy to help find the perfect uniform for you.

Do you have any stores where I can purchase items?
We do not have any physical stores for retail sale. However, if you would like to save on shipping costs, you’re welcome to pick your order up at our warehouse! If you would like to pick an order up, please process your order with a shipping option but please put in the comment section, “HOLD AT WAREHOUSE FOR PICKUP.” Then, once your order is processed, please email customerservice@fujisports.com to get the address and available time for pickups.

Note: All pickups MUST be confirmed 24 hours in advance.

Does FUJI make mats? How do I get a quote for outfitting my facility?
FUJI Mats has more than 50 years of experience in outfitting facilities with state of the art surfaces and equipment for superior utility and aesthetics. We offer a wide variety of high quality equipment like smooth mats, tatami mats, crash pads, rubber flooring, wall pads, heavy bags, and any other equipment you may need for your business. I have an academy/dojo, can I open a wholesale account?
We, at FUJI Sports, are fellow martial artists and gym operators. We understand the needs of you and your athletes and have come up with an outstanding wholesale program for your business.

To qualify, you will need to order a minimum of 5 uniforms/products on your first order to be eligible; but this can be a mix and match of various sizes and styles. After the initial order, there are no minimums! Once qualified, you'll be able to login anytime of day or night, see your online order history, track your package, view the wholesale pricing, and place your order. It's never been easier to save!

How do I find coupon codes?
The best way to catch the latest FUJI Sports codes and promotions is by following us on Twitter & Facebook and by signing up for our newsletter (on the bottom, right corner of the home page). This is how we keep customers informed about new products, promotions and discount codes. If you see a coupon code, don't wait too long! All our promotions are eligible for limited time periods. Also, please note that you can only use one discount code per order.

Can I get free shipping?
Customers who order online and are shipping within the continental US (not Hawaii or Alaska) may receive free UPS Ground shipping on orders if they are over $125.00 for RETAIL orders and $250.00 for WHOLESALE orders. Please just fill your cart up and if it meets the limit, you will notice that the UPS Ground option is $0. Please select that, and enjoy! Note: Free shipping only applies to FUJI branded items and does not apply to TEAM GEAR, FUJIFit Equipment or FUJI Mats items.
